Chat and setFollowTarget in v35

Hello, I have two questions about these two methods.

  1. About chat method, what is the parameter that the id in the data mean? Older version did not have this parameter.
  2. About setFollowTarget. I want to implement bot follow player but when I used setFollowTarget, it’s not work. How it work?
